House Rules
- General Conduct: No parties, events, or large gatherings. No smoking or vaping inside. Only registered guests overnight. No pets unless pre-approved.
- Noise & Neighbourhood: Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Be respectful of neighbours.
- Property Care: Do not move furniture/appliances without permission. Dispose of rubbish properly. Lock doors/windows when leaving. Report damages immediately.
- Safety: No candles, open flames, or fireworks inside. Do not tamper with smoke detectors/security devices. Follow safety instructions for appliances.
- Check-out: Return keys/access devices. Leave towels in the bathroom. Wash used dishes or load dishwasher. Check out on time.
- Liability: Guests are responsible for damages during their stay. Host is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
